Welcome to Insight!

We are resuming in-person consultations and the following measures will be in place and required until federal and state guidance regarding COVID-19 safety protocols changes. By attending your appointment at the clinic, you accept and agree to the following:

Our measures

• All Insight staff will be wearing masks at all times while in the clinic and will be screened for COVID-19 at the start of every shift.

• All implements, chairs, and surfaces will be sanitized between appointments according to CDC guidelines.

• Hand sanitizing stations are set up at the entrance of the clinic and in the exam room.

• A UV and HEPA air filtration system is running in our exam room throughout the day.

• We will provide masks to you at cost if you forget to bring one to your appointment.

• We will provide dog/cat treats to you in a paper bag should you forget to bring treats to your appointment.

We ask that you

• Wait in your car with your pet and call us when you arrive so we may escort you directly into the exam room.

• Enter the clinic wearing a mask (covering your nose and mouth) and keep it on throughout your pet's entire appointment.

• Bring your pet to the clinic on your own or with up to 1 additional person that lives in your household.

• Complete our COVID-19 screening, including touchless temperature measurement, before entering the clinic.
