Zoom or Phone Vet to Vet Consultation

These appointments are conducted by phone or Zoom video conferencing and will be held between the attending veterinarian and Dr. Ballantyne. Given the limited time available and absence of a VCPR between Dr. Ballantyne and your client, your client should not be present for this appointment.

• Appointments are 15-30 minutes and include a discussion of the case and review of treatment options which may include medications, safety and management strategies, or simple behavior modification techniques.

  • Advanced training techniques are outside of the scope of what we can cover during these appointments.

• This option does not include a written summary of treatment recommendations or evaluation of the patient records or videos outside of the consultation.

• If you would like Dr. Ballantyne to review medical records, videos, or trainer notes prior to this consultation, there is an additional fee of $100/15 minute review time. These materials must be sent to info@insightfulanimals.com at least 48 hours prior to the consultation.

• There is no paperwork to complete prior to scheduling this consultation. However, gathering the information on this list will help you get the most out of our time together.
